I have just bought a new PC with Windows 7 (64 bit) but cannot use for I am on tiscali (speedtouch 330 modem) and it will not let me move to New PC. WHY??? "do not get too complicated".

If you are connecting the modem via USB, then you probably do not have 64-bit USB modem software. Does the Speedtouch 330 have an ethernet connection? If so, then you need to use that. According to severla websites the Speedtouch 330 is not compatible with either Vista nor Win 7.
